It never joins as a participant and never asks for the call link. It captures your microphone and your Mac’s audio, and tells the two voices apart because they come from two different sources.

Write only what matters
A number, a name, a decision. The notepad sits above the video call without stealing focus, and when the meeting ends your notes are merged with what was actually said.
It spots your meetings
It reads your calendar and the video calls you have open: when one starts it offers to record, with title and attendees already filled in.
Transcription on the Mac too
On macOS 26 the transcription happens on your own computer: the audio never leaves, the text is ready when you close. Otherwise the CRM transcribes it, and you pick the engine.
More than a summary
The meeting enters the CRM like every other one: next steps, recognised attendees, proposed updates on open deals. You approve, you don’t retype.
It works without a connection
The recording is saved on the Mac before it is sent. If the network is down the meeting is not lost: it goes out when the network is back.

How you install it.
Four steps, once.

Download the file and drag CrmAI Notes into Applications.

Open the app: it shows up in the menu bar, top right.

Sign in with your CrmAI account.
- 04
On first launch macOS asks for the microphone, audio recording and the calendar. All three are needed to record a whole meeting.
The app is signed and notarised by Apple: it opens with a double click, no right-click detour.

They work while you are inside the video call, without switching back to the app.
