No. It never expires and asks for no card. It includes the complete CRM and MCP access from Claude. What it does not include is the built-in AI: transcripts, briefings and email sequences.
Yes, per user a month. You pay for the people who actually use it: a rep recording calls and sending sequences, not a licence for someone who logs in once a quarter. The first month is a trial, no card required.
Solo is for people working from their phone: it costs less precisely because it covers the app. If you need the browser, or there is more than one of you, the plan is Business.
The subscription is software only. Importing from HubSpot or a file takes minutes and you do it yourself. If you want us to handle it — migration, data cleanup, custom fields — that is a separate project, quoted before we start.
No. CrmAI Notes records from your Mac, Granola-style, without joining the meeting; on your phone the app records. It also reads the recordings you already make with Meet, Teams, Granola or Plaud.
On web and mobile every write goes through a confirmation with the fields already filled. Over MCP operations run immediately, because the point is working hands-free: every change is logged and can be rolled back.
